STAGE 67: Halloween VI

Video games are easily the most versatile form of entertainment, with various genres to please even the most cynical of players. Similarly enough The horror genre is incredibly varied. Slashers, psychological thrillers and creature features all with filled with their own cliches and tropes.

but Nowhere does the horror genre live up to that promise more fully than through video games. Rather than watching someone maneuver away from a terrifying threat (be it at the movie theater or at your local cinema), you are tasked with making agonizing decisions, running from threats and, more importantly, staying alive.

While not every game presented here might not be technically classified as a horror game, there are enough blood curdling amazing tracks that make this stage of the Retro VGM Revival hour something to terrify all but the most strong-willed of players.

SO with the midnight hour close at hand, Let’s get started! But beware, once you enter these hallowed halls….you might never return…
